It is once again Wednesday. It feels like it was just last Wednesday. Between work and a cold I have not spent much time in my craft room in the last week. And I really needed to be in there - I am behind! But aren't we all. Enough of my whining - hop on over to Julia's to check out the work desks of the world. I am not exaggerating.
Here is my humble little desk. Although I haven't been creating, I have been purchasing. I work part time at a crafting store in addition to my real job. Someone has to make sure they stay in business! LOL
Here is my work desk with my new stamps, embossing folder, washi tape and paper.
My daughter loves Despicable Me and her birthday was on Sunday. So, I made her a minion card. Since I had to cut out a minion on my Cameo - I cut out six of each. So I have a box of minions waiting to be put on cards.
And of course - no WOYWW is complete without a picture of one of my zoo. Peanut says hello.
I'm off to visit some desks. Have a great day and be inspired.

April, I love your "zoo". :) I didn't know what a"minion" was. They are cute. I have learned something new each week since I started snooping in people's spaces three weeks ago! So fun! Thank you for the peek and enjoy your WOYWW!

I like your new sentiment about sitting by you! Busy looking desk - even if you have only been buying, not crafting - that will come! Thank you for the text at the bottom there. Good one for me today, to remember that the will of God for me is to worship Him and honour Him with my whole being.
ReplyDeleteHave a great week.

The minions are brilliant! You're very brave working in a craft shop...it would be a disaster for me! Love your cat, he's so cute. Hugs Pam#34
ReplyDeleteHi there, April, I'm trying to get round to as many people as possible, but desk hopping always takes me ages as I get so fascinated by the variety of things on the desks! Now what exactly are minions? They look amazing in your photo - such fun! Peanut is a gorgeous kitty! I have a pretty ginger and white girl, Daisy who loves to help me craft.Well done for supporting your craft shop by working for them. They are closing down at an alarming rate here. We have neither a craft shop nor an art shop for miles! Happy WOYWW! Julie Ann xx #35
ReplyDeleteHi April - ADORABLE Minions - every home should have some! Gorgeous new stash too - have fun playing. MMx #48
ReplyDeleteI love so much about your blog, it's funny! Love your organised chaos workdesk. The minions are amazing (my son's girfriend would kill to get her hands on them lol) And your Peanut...I used to have a cat identical to that called Ollie. Thanks for the sneeky look around :)

ReplyDeleteMe too...loves the Minions! Peanut is such a colorful feline. Some nice looking new stash laying about the desk! Thanks for the earlier visit! Happy WOYWW! Nan G #7
ReplyDeleteOooh, yummo, new goodies! Love that, April! Do you really work part-time at a craft store or did you say that because you spend so much time and money there? I'm going to start saying that, LOL!! Happy WOYWW and thanks for coming by to visit me! Have a crafty and fun week with your new toys! Darnell #22
ReplyDeleteWell, Hello to Peanut first of all. Lucky you working in a craft shop - can I ask though - do you earn anything or just spend your money on crafting goodies? Must be difficult to balance the two - earning and spending.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Neet xx 11 (thanks for the visit earlier)
Excellent load of goodies on your desk. I love the minions, my daughter has the movie and I love to watch it just for the minions. A bit sad when you know I'm 52 :)
ReplyDeleteHave a great week,
