Project Life Catch Up - Technological Difficulties

I was planning on doing videos for my PL catch up for the month of December, but my computer is not cooperating.

I decided that all the month of December I was going to use Christmas paper and embellishments.  I love the Christmas season so it seemed appropriate.  :-)

I used the 6x6 paper pad and die cuts by Bo Bunny.  I will add a picture of the products.

This is the left side of the layout.

This is the right side of the layout.

Sebastian likes to 'help' me craft.  He was lying down, but as soon as I grabbed the camera - he got up.  By the way - he was lying on top of my Christmas cards.  LOL

Todd has been working on OSHA training for several weeks now.  He was determined to finish it before we went on vacation.  He succeeded.

This is just a close up of my Christmas present from 3 years ago.  Gracie is the gift that keeps on giving.  :-)

I purchased a 'Journal your Christmas' class.  I wasn't very faithful in participating.  This is one of the In Focus tasks - take a picture of your table.  Mine was a mess, but it was clean when we walked out the door to catch the plane.

This is the three of us on the plane.  If you notice there is a boy in the background who made it into the picture.  Too funny.

I used embellishments by Little B - I think those ornaments are adorable.

Emily and I at Sea World.

Sea World was decorated for the holidays - it was really cool.

The 6x6 paper pad and die cuts by Bo Bunny that I used for the 2 page spread.

Some of the embellishments I used.

I have pictures of my other 2 page spreads.  Hopefully I can get the computer to recognize the last portion of the video for the 2 page spread for the week before this.  Technology - it's great when it works.  ;-)

Have a great day and be inspired.

James 2:15-17  If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacks daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, keep warm and eat well,"  but you do not give them what the body needs, what good is it?  So also faith, if it does not have works, is dead being by itself.

  1. Happy New Year April! I missed you girlfriend! I am slowly trying to get back to work and find some semblance of a routine. I want to restructure my blog, wrap up PL 2013 (still have to finish a few weeks), color with my copics and make some cards for my shop just to name a few things! hee hee. I love looking at your layout. Technical difficulties huh? Well I bought an attachment for my iphone so this year I might join you in the land of video blogging! We will see. I always bubble with ideas in the beginning of the new year. It's that darn follow through thing that gets me every time.

I like the picture of Sebastian card-making. I could use a card-crafting assistant if he is for hire! Oh and I love the ornament embellies. So cute. Like how you used them. You look like you had a fabulous vacation. Well I am going to read and get some sleep. Trying desperately to get back on schedule. I was truly dragging today! Tomorrow our weather is suppose to only reach 15degrees F. Yuck...

    Take care my friend.

    1. I know what you mean about follow through. I always have big plans and then I sit down and don't get back up again. I still haven't implemented a time limit on surfing. I need to do that. I have plans to organize my basement and clean out the things I don't use or need. It should be emptied out. LOL I'm thinking I need to do certain things on certain days. Sunday can be Project Life day, Monday can be a miscellaneous day as I ease myself back into the week, Tuesday can be card day (I want to make more cards this year for OWH), Wednesday can be a free day, Thursday can be scrapbooking day, Friday will be blogging day and Saturday will be clean up the basement day. There we go - my schedule. :-)

I can send Sebastian your way, but I warn you - everything you make will have a strand of cat hair in it.

Take care and keep warm. :-) See you in blog land.
