Oh No I Din't!

I am going to do it.  I am going to post my goals for this year.

First let me start with an accomplishment - I have been married 25 years today.  It doesn't seem like 25 years as I type this post.  And it doesn't seem like 25 years most of the time.  But there are those days!  LOL  Even though my hubby doesn't read my blog - thank goodness - he might figure out how much 'stuff' I really have - Happy Anniversary.

Now for my goals.  I am going to make them short and sweet.  I need to do a quarterly review of them in order to give myself a check up.

1)  Only buy what I need and not EVERYTHING I want.

2)  As far as crafting:

                   1)  Keep up with  Project Life
                   2)  Catch up on my scrapbooking of vacations and trips
                   3)  Make lots of cards for Operation
                   4)  Use up my stash!
                   5)  Participate in challenges in order to accomplish my goals.

3)  Get organized.  Every week I want to clean out a drawer or a corner of a room.  I am going to work at it small pieces at a time.  And hopefully by the end of the year - I will be decluttered.

4)  Spend at least 5 minutes a day (not nearly enough) nurturing my faith either by devotion or reading the Bible.  It is a small small amount of time for all the blessings that have been bestowed upon me.

That is it.  I am going to schedule a post for the end of each quarter to do a 'check up' and we'll see how it's coming.

Have a great day and be inspired.

April

  2. Good luck with those goals. They say the important part is to write them down, face them in person and then the falls in line. Slow and steady really works with the organizing. I've been doing little bits here and there and then suddenly one day I realized it is in a really good place.
