WOYWW 272 - Keep on Keepin On

Since last week's WOYWW which Julia hosts every week on The Stamping Ground I have been very busy.

We went to Glasgow this weekend to a bed and breakfast to have a girl's weekend and to make cards and do scrapbooking.  This bed and breakfast we go to is called the Narrow Way and the owners are awesome.  We have the whole basement set up with tables to do our crafting.  We had a great time cutting up and laughing.  And I almost finished an anniversary album that I am doing for my Preacher and his wife's 60th anniversary party.  All I have left to do is the front page title and the last page.  I need a poem about anniversaries for the last page.  If anyone has a good one - I would love for you to share it with me.

When I go on a trip - I like to clean before I leave so that when I come back everything is neat and tidy.  So when I came home my room was nice and tidy.  That was until I started unpacking.  :-)  And once I unpacked, I needed to create some Up Up and Away projects for my blog this week.

Here is my room now.  It's kind of a happy medium right now:

I still have to put together my cart from Ikea.  Maybe I will have that together by next week.

Thank you for stopping by.  I am going to go desk hopping, but it will probably be Thursday before I am able to visit anyone.  I have dinner plans tomorrow night.  I feel so popular.  LOL

Have a great day and be inspired.

  1. I put my cart together last night. It's not very difficult. Besides what's in the box you will also need a Phillips screwdriver.

  5. Sounds like you are quite popular : D. The getaway sounds like it was great fun! I love the corner bit on your workdesk, looks like it would prevent quite a bit of bruising. I still have one corner that's perilous, I should look into this. Love those brushes on your desk. Seriously love your workspace, it looks cosy and functional with lots of storage. Thanks for visiting my blog earlier. #54

  10. That is so sweet of you to make an anniversary album for your pastor. As to your question about a poem, why not add the scripture that was read at their wedding? Blessings!
