This week the theme is tags. I usually only make tags for gifts, but this week I am expanding my tag making to include scrapbooking and cards. Hopefully one of my design team will make a tag or two.
But in the meantime I've made a tag using my Cricut Explore. Then I took my Die Hard stamp and die set from Stamps of Life called Kitty 2 Stamp. I stamped the kitty and die cut the kitty. I used more stamps from the set to make a background on the tag. I embossed it with clear embossing powder and then inked it up with Tim Holtz Black Soot ink. I used red ribbon through the hole in the tag. I found a pattern paper in a stack from Die Cuts with a View called the Pet Stack. I matted that in black. I placed the tag on the pattern paper and pop dotted the kitty up on the tag. The sentiment comes from the Stamps of Life set, too.
Thank you for stopping by the blog today. Tune in tomorrow for more tag projects.
Have a great day and be where ever you are - be there.
