WOYWW 299 - Migrating

Today is Wednesday and that means it is time to take a picture of my desk and link it up to The Stamping Ground.  But what is more fun is to visit other desks.

Because of the weather a crop I was scheduled to attend on Saturday was rescheduled.  I decided to have my own crop at home.  So I set up a table in what used to be my office when I worked from home.  I carried down the bag that I would have taken with me to the crop.  And then I carried down some more paper.  And then I carried down my Cricut Explore.  And then I carried down one of my tool caddies.

Suffice it to say - I invaded more space.

I like being downstairs where all the action is.

Thank you for stopping by the blog today.  Tune in tomorrow for some more tag projects.

Have a great day and where ever you are - be there.

April

John 10:28 - 30  I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish;  no one will snatch them out of my hand.  My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all;  no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand.  I and the Father are one.

  2. Shame the crop was postponed, but glad you got to do your very own crop.

  3. I would rather do a "crop" at home. One time, I packed up all my stuff and took it somewhere, too much trouble. I know it is more fun with people and lots going on, but I get more done at home with all my stuff. One of these days I will have to go to a 'real" crop. LOL
Glad you could be where the action was, even, if it was just at home! #27

  4. Ha! I did the same thing...with my family room. I find I craft everyday that way...right in the center for the house LOL!

  5. I have a studio of my own, but sometimes I want to be middle of it all. So I am permanently thinking about moving part of my stuff. I will occupy the whole house, when I don´t stop myself. LOL!!

  8. Well done you, April. Lots of things still created, and yes, sometimes it's good to create with others and sometimes on our own.... I love the verse for the day - a beautiful reminder of Father's love for us!
    Take care. God bless.

  9. What a great -- and positive -- response to your crop being cancelled -- holding your own by creating in a new area of your home. Hope you're having a good week. Happy WOYWW and thanks so much for visiting! ~ Laura #65

  10. Hello!

You did manage to take over the space! That's easy to do! One thing I love is that you work is so organized wherever you land! :<) Wishing you a happy day!

  12. Sometimes it is fun to move around and craft in a different area than your usual spot. It's funny how one thing leads to another.... if you'd have hung out there any longer soon the whole craft room would have been down there. I like being where the action is too.
