Glittery Christmas Fun

I have used this stamp several times already and intend to use it even more.  It is a poinsettia stamp from Stampendous with the matching dies.  The dies are great and cut right on the line of the stamped image.  I didn't use the dies for this project - I used glitter!

I heat embossed the flower on my cardstock.  I colored the image with Tombow markers (I know!  Right!)  I added Art Glitter in Christmas Red and Green and Yellow.  I then layered the colored image on red and green and added some green stitching with my sewing machine.

Spectrum Aqua Markers - Craft Hoarders Unite - Use It - Don't Stash It!

I am a self proclaimed craft hoarder.   I do not want to be cured.  I just want to use my stash.  And in addition to using my stash I want to inspire others to use their stash, too.

How many of us buy craft stuff we JUST HAD TO HAVE and yet it is still sitting in the box on a shelf never opened.  Let's get into that packaging and pull out that AWESOME crafty goodness.  Le t's use it!

Today I am going to share an easy watercolor technique using my Spectrum Aqua Markers by Crafters Companion and a sketchy horse stamp W116 - Filly Sketch Stamp by Stampendous.
