2 or More Pattern Papers Challenge at Creative Knockouts

It is Thursday and that means it is time for a new challenge at the Creative Knockouts Challenge Blog.  This week's challenge is to use 2 or more pattern papers.  Our wonderful sponsor is Dr. Digis House of Stamps and if you enter you have the chance to win 2 free images.

I used the image Mycroft to create my card.

I colored this adorable kitty with Copic Markers.  This image just cracks me up.  I found the perfect sentiment to go on this card.  I used 2 different pattern papers and some enamel dots to top it off.

Thanks for stopping by the blog.  Enter the Creative Knockouts challenge for a chance to win.

Fall 4 Kids at Send a Smile 4 Kids

It's the 3rd Saturday of the month and that means it is time for another challenge at the Send a Smile 4 Kids Challenge Blog.  The theme for this challenge is Fall Cards 4 Kids or Anything Goes 4 Kids.  This challenge no longer has sponsors so you will be participating for pride not prize.

Send a Smile 4 Kids charity is dedicated to collecting and distributing handmade cards to children who are inpatient at Children's Hospitals.  Please send us your handmade kids' cards for holidays, birthdays, and everyday cheer.  Help us put a smile on our kids' faces.

Fall is Heree Card Recipe

These leaves from Concord and 9th have been sitting in my new stuff basket for a while now.  Well it's finally time for a fall project so I broke this pretty little stamp out of its package and pulled down the Tombow Markers.  I put the stamp in my MISTI and spritzed some water on some watercolor paper.  I colored the stamp with Red, Orange, Yellow and Green topping it off with Brown on the stems.  I stamped the image.  It was a little more wet than I liked so I flipped the paper and stamped the other side of the card stock.  Not enough color or water.  I flipped it back and colored the stamp and stamped the image 3 more times.  I flicked some of the colors on the background too.  I just love splatter.  The sentiments are from Lawn Fawn and the pattern paper is from Echo Park.

Thanks for stopping by the blog today.  Consider donated hand made cards to our great charity.

Have a great day and enjoy the journey and some chocolate.
