WOYWW 218 - Finally!

I finally have some free time to participate in this awesome party.  If you haven't heard of it before - go check out Julia's Blog and you will see some amazing work areas and craft supplies.  I've been working and scrapbooking non stop over the past couple weeks.  But I am back now.  Yay.

Here is my desk and it is fairly clean.

I tidied up a bit - I was beginning to feel like I was drowning.  I've been focused on my scrapbooking for the past month as I have attended several crops including an all weekend get away this past weekend.

I plan on visiting lots of fellow WOYWW blogs this evening.

Have a great day and be inspired.

April

  2. Welcome back! It sounds like you've been busy with your scrapbooking. I find that cleaning up helps me refocus after working on a project. I missed seeing your cat and dog escapades in your studio this week. Blessings!

  4. Hi, April! Sounds like you've been a very busy scrapbooker! Happy WOYWW and thanks for your visit. :) No, there's no birdhouse visible from my den windows . . . there is a giant metal electrical box on the power pole in the front yard. Not as fun as a birdhouse would be! ~ Laura #131

  5. Oh wow, a good crop sounds like fun, I haven't done that in ages! April, I have invited so many people to stop in and sort out my stuff, but nobody would ever oblige . . . which is why I'm having to do it myself at this point, lol! Thank you for stopping by this week!

    Happy WOYWW to you,

  7. Hi April - thanks for popping over - its my first time at your place oh and I love it - sooo many nooks and crannys to explore - and I see you have ink pad storage - I am on the look out for old cassette tape storage to put mine in but I am not having much luck - and I don't have the resources to pay for a stampin Up storage thingy - would rather spend the money on actual ink pads!!! Have a great week - cheers Mxx WOYWW #97

  8. Your desk looks great. I think I spy a visitor sleeping on the chair. Very cute. I am just getting around to peeking at desks. I have guests visiting and not much time for the computer but today I thought I would start looking.

I am trying to get back into my scrapbooking. I have been really lazy with most projects all summer. I am working now on a vacation mini in hopes this will get my scrappin' mojo revved up!

    Have a blessed day!

  11. Hello April. What a wonderful space you have there - and so tidy, everything organised. I keep meaning to do that - but never find the time. Glad you got so much scrapbooking done.
    Have a great week.

  12. Wow your space is definitely organised for every craft need at hand. Lucky you to get so much done at a weekend crop. The technique for watercolour stamping is to use Distress Inks or Gelatos on your stamp, spritz with water and stamp on watercolour paper and let dry. Always works out a treat.
