WOYWW 241 - Change is the Only Constant

It is Wednesday which means it's the day to share your desk and go snoop around other's desks.  If you would like to participate or just nose around go to The Stamping Ground and check it out.  It is great fun and very inspiring.

I've come to the conclusion that I am not happy unless I am changing my room.  I think I am happy with the general layout.  But it's the little things.  I've gotten several pieces for paper storage from my scrapbook store that is going out of business.  :-(  The pieces I've acquired require slat board or peg board.  I have some peg board, but I 'need' more now to accommodate my new paper storage pieces.

Anyhoo here is the room as it exists today:

Lots going on at the card/PL desk.  The scrapbooking desk seems to be gathering 'stuff' and dust.  I need to work on that.  I still have an album to finish that was supposed to be a Christmas present.  It may end up being an anniversary present at this rate.  :-)

I will see you in blog land.  Have a great day and be inspired.

  3. Thanks for stopping by and saying that you will pray for me. I really don't know how people get through life without knowing Jesus. I feel so privileged knowing that there are so many people, some of whom I have never met, praying for my full recovery. Thank you.

Love your workspace. I too have, for the first time in my life, a dedicated art & craft space. No more having to put stuff away so that we can eat!
With kind regards and God's Blessings,

  4. busy looking workspace! Looks like a lot is going on on those desks! Good luck with your continued organization. I am glad you have new pieces to organize with but sad your store is going out of business! Thanks for sharing your awesome project and I hope you have a great week. Vickie #99

  5. Change is constant, you're right about that! I like the look of sewing on cards but have nothing to do it with. Gutterman is a good thread brand, we used to use it in school in sewing lessons back in the day! My card was actually made with a die cut leaf. I cut out a number of them and used them as stencils , the only stamp on that card is the sentiment!
