Daylight Savings Remorse

I cannot seem to get over my frustration of losing an hour of sleep.  But even as I work through my bitterness - I found even positive thinking to create a card.

I used a stamp and die set by The Stamps of Life:

You can see the other products I used in the pictures.

I used that Fancy Pants Swagger collection paper for this project.  I was disappointed with the weight of this paper.  I like my paper to be really heavy and this paper is not a heavy weight paper.  But since I am using it to layer - that is okay.  I also like that this paper pad has more masculine patterns.

Thank you for stopping by my blog.  Have a great day and be inspired.

John 6:33  The Bread of God is he who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.

  1. Way to go, April, you turned your frustration into a fabulous card! I love this! I'm still struggling with the time change, but it's only day two. In a week we'll be over it. In the meantime, it seems to have worked wonderfully for your creativity!! Have a great week! Hugs, Darnell

  2. Maybe you need to be frustrated more often!! *wink* this is a fabulous card!! I like the paper you used and that fun stamp...such a clever way to show the birthday greetings! Thank you for linking it up to Seize the Birhday~

  3. This is so super fun!!! Love the colours and patterns and funky design! Thanks for playing along with Seize the Birthday!
